All products purchased on “https://hierbasana.com” may be returned and refunded provided that you notify us of your intention to return the product(s) purchased and the other conditions set out in this paragraph are met. Requests for return and repayment must be submitted via email.
1. Return by decision of the customer
In the event that the return or exchange is unrelated to a defect or error in the product, we accept returns within the first 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the conditions regulated by Law 3/2014 of 27 March, Article 71 of the Commercial Code which indicates that the product must be returned in the same condition as it arrived and has not been used (provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and operation of the same). In case of not preserving the original packaging Hierbasana reserves the right that the good can suffer some depreciation.
The refund of the value of the merchandise will be realized once we verify in our warehouse the good state of the same one. The client will have to assume the costs of sending the return.
Hierbasana must make return of the amount must be made, as indicated in Law 3/2014 of 27 March, ordering trade article 107, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the goods have been returned.
2. Damaged products
In the event that the return or exchange is due to the product being damaged or broken due to transport, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange the replacement of the products. The customer shall not be liable for any costs.
3. Incorrect products
If the return is due to the fact that the product received is not the one requested, a return or exchange can be made within the first 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. However, it must be communicated as soon as possible in order to process the exchange for the correct product. The customer does not have to pay any return costs.
4. Products with incorrect/incomplete information
In the event that the return is due to the fact that the product received does not conform to the information indicated on the website, a return or exchange can be made within the first 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. 5. Defective products
In case of defective products, Hierbasana, will proceed, as appropriate and depending on the conditions of the product, responding itself or through the supplier / distributor / manufacturer, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, efforts that will be free for the consumer and user.
Hierbasana will respond to the lack of conformity that are manifested within two years of delivery.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
The guarantee of the product has a term of two years from the delivery.
How do I get my money back?
The refund will be made on the same card on which the order was paid. In the case of payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the account number and IBAN will be requested in order to make the payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. You will only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vanesa Jiménez and its licensors.
